1. Reservation Consultations

Submitting an enquiry via our website is a booking request consultation and does not represent a confirmed reservation. Nathan Hui reviews every request and replies with availability and deposit details.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Reservations cancelled or rescheduled more than 7 days prior to the journey are eligible for a full deposit transfer. Cancellations made within 7 days are subject to standard cancellation charges.

3. Weather Adaptive Adjustments

As detailed in our adaptive policy, route changes due to rain, mist, or extreme heat waves are handled at Nathan's discretion to ensure comfort and safety. Journeys proceed in rainy conditions as this creates a cinematic atmosphere.
